Stock videos are gone...

One of the most useful tool in this app was the stock videos but for 2 weeks there’s nothing on the gallery so... this app is not working anymore.
Crashes

App works well for a day then crashes constantly for 6 days straight. I have clients that that love the product, but I’m unable to make any updates because of the constant crashes.

What has happened to the Flyr ios app? The templates have disappeared with only a limited amount available. Also I asked for a feature to be updated via Slack but the Slack page is no longer available. I wanted to be able to animate per entire element again. The change to only being able to animate per word within a phrase or per letter within a word makes my creations look a little tacky. Having clean full element in/out animation is a simple and elegant feel that is lost in the new Flyr iteration. Are there plans to reintroduce that? Also I am not interested in using a desktop/laptop computer to use the web version of Flyr. Has the web based version replaced the develop resources for the app version? I have noticed there is limited help resources and no respose via social media anymore since the advent of the web based version. Please help me! I have a subscription that I may have to cancel and reallocate to some other developers. Thanks for your attention.

I pay for Flyr usually it works ok besides the fact that it takes foreverrrrr to download a video/ gif that you made. This time I’m scrolling through flyrs premade today and it just a handful flyrs available none of them relevant to anything useful. I can’t even search for any themes. For example I will search surf beach waves etc and what pops up ? I random margaritas add or yay a 500 like post. So weird. I honestly wished I played with flyr more at the beginning of the month to delete it before it charges me for it being useless.

Was fine but they changed the images and dropped most of the movies. I’m no longer. Pleased.

I have been using this app for a year. Paid for a year. There is no video stock. Don’t waste your time. The app was better before all their crazy updates.

Restructured their entire system and didn’t explain to anyone. Unreachable online, FB messenger, and not responding on Instagram to many and multiple complaints. Up until very recently you were able to load stock footage into your videos with a large catalogue of premium stock footage. They have taken it all away and not explained anything to anyone. I am requesting a refund immediately for my now useless yearly subscription.

Literally there are 4 templates for beauty. Kinda ridiculous with what the app developer is asking for monthly and there is nothing to choose from. Definitely a waste of time trying to create something only to find out it there are no additional templates... Half of the options are empty. They must have ghosted this app.
