I always know Where my phone is and when I am traveling it’s easy to pull it out and show it for ID at the landing and when I check in at the gate. I hate using paper because I always lose it so this app is very! Also good for changing on the go or other actions that are really slow if you use the phone or wait on a long line

I tried several times to upgrade me seat up to the day I left and was given an error code(4447) and told to try again later, not knowing it took the $ amount and put my account(s) in “pending” status. I had over $1,000 in “pending” for over two weeks. When I called Delta, they could not even work out their end of it and caused my accounts to creat more “pending” status.
Fails on Travel Days

I thought the app was great until the morning I departed for a business trip. The app wouldn’t show my boarding pass and flight info. I had to print out paper boarding passes. I checked the app during the week and it worked fine. The morning of my return flight the app wouldn’t work at all. Had to print paper boarding passes at the airport again. It’s very frustrating.
No way to stop it from automatically checking you in

I am a loyal Delta flyer. They’ve actually made Delta Comfort and 1st Class affordable. The food in 1st class is improved. The flight attendants are friendly and work to meet everyone’s needs.

Have had this app for years, every time I try to open it, it fails. I update it when available, but it never works. Try getting it right first.
