Communication regarding flight delays and rebookings is kind of chaotic. There has to be a more efficient and simpler way to inform those flying about changes to their flights. Emails contradict texts, the flight information screens contradict the ticket with “canceled” on the display for a journey that is apparently confirmed.
Bring back seat maps!!!

Delta‼️ This is an abomination you have committed in taking away our seat map selection so that I can’t know if there’s a comfortable seat available??‼️‼️ When I discovered this I threw my phone at the wall in anger and now it’s cracked???‼️ Thanks, Delta‼️

After boarding one plane we were asked to get off and board another due to a maintenance issue. 16 hours, 2 missed connections, and 4 airports later I still wasn’t in my final destination. For my troubles I was given a generous compensation (yeah right) that would equal about $50 worth of sky miles.
Family seating

I know this is probably not the place to post a concern but I just checked my family in using the app and we were all seated separately. Our daughter is only 4 and according to her boarding pass will be sitting alone. I don’t understand this.
