Most important

Scott SS

The most important reason you go here is to see your upcoming trips and daily travel info. The app tries to intuitively give you the info you want but generally fails and continues to be non intuitive as you dig deeper. I’d greatly prefer it default to a chronological list where you click on a segment for more info. Delta is hands down my favorite US carrier. App is the only shortfall in my opinion.

Great app, easy to use!

Skyscraper Guy

I am a Platinum Medallion member so I use this app a lot. It is easy to use from seeing your itinerary, checking flight status to making reservations. I only wish the arrival gate was shown in the “Today” page. That would help me consider my connection. Great app!

Can’t get to 2nd passenger screen for checkin

App really stinks and is not user friendly. Two passengers traveling. Checked in on line but only option to check in one passenger not both. Have tried 4-5 times without success. WHERE IS THE AUTO CHECK IN OPTION?

Love flying Delta - website easy to use - planes & staff are amazing

Almost perfect!

cool delta

Very easy to follow. Scanner doesn’t work, though. Didn’t recognize country.

Still No iPad App?

Come on Delta - such a nice iPhone app yet you continue to ignore the generally affluent iPad road warriors and relegate them to a second tier website experience.

Unstable, please improve

Delta seem to be unaware of the digital age, their app “forgets” your password when connectivity is limited, which if one had to guess that would be in airports. Currently at the Delta lounge where my app has once again chosen to forgotten my password. That requires going to the desk to get a paper boarding pass and then waste another 30 minutes resetting all my passwords. This is the nice explanation, as I know my password, however the only solution to get back into your app is to change your password. If you put In the correct password rather than reset it, in two attempts you get locked out of the app. In today’s world with multiple smartphones, iPads, and computers this amounts to a considerable burden based upon amateurish programming of the app. If you call the diamond line, they transfer you to “technical support” who will tell you there is no technical support, just app navigation. In case it is not obvious guidance upon which button to push on an app that cannot be accessed is a useless waste of time (having tried it 5 different times in the past few months, it is painful). Navigation support does not understand programming so they cannot or will not transmit the issue to someone who could potentially resolve this issue (which does not happen on my banking apps with the same connectivity level).

Disappointed

Disappointed with delta right now. I got the basic economy flight and I knew I couldn’t pick my seat which I was okay with, but I didn’t know that under no circumstance would I be able to make adjustments to my flight. I’m in Maine and they were expecting a huge snow storm right in the middle of my flight so I called to see if I could switch it to the morning flight and they said no, so now I am stuck in Maine for a few days longer because my original one got canceled and the ones for tomorrow got cancelled too. I would have been home by now had they let me switch

Worst customer app ever. Non intuitive and very unstable. There is nothing here that makes this an easy tool to work with. I would much rather navigate Hartfield airport in bare feet. Who is running IT over at Delta needs to be more customer centric and less nerdy? They also need to do a serious update of all their servers very very very old. Some of their vendors have told me do not want to spend money on necessary upgrades in end of life systems.
