I love this app. It’s relaxing, fun, and cute. I just got a new phone, so it restarted which was fine. I got up to around 570 points in score. But than when I tried to go on it again, it turns black. Than it goes back to normal and loads normally. But right when it a about to sign you in it crashes and goes out of the app. I closed the tab many times, restarted my phone 3 times but it still does it. Any suggestions? Because if this can be fixed than I recommend it, but if not than don’t get the app, and especially don’t buy anything in it cause it’s not going to last.
Cannot access the updated version March 18, 2020

I just updated the new version for March 2020. When I tried to open it, it kept turning off and I wasn’t allowed to access it. I know this has happened to me in the past, but I thought that this problem had been fixed. Any assistance or information would be helpful. Thank you and I really love this game and don’t want to lose it.

It’s good, but sometimes won’t keep the progress I made and now it won’t even let me into the game.
Game-ending glitch

I love this game. I really do. But twice I have run into this glitch that requires me to delete and redownload the app, which causes me to lose all my progress. It has no obvious triggers, one day I just try to open the app, it takes me to the loading screen with the fun fact and then the app closes. And this happens every time i try to open the app.
Update ruined the game, now it won’t even start

I would leave a better rating, but recently the app continuously force closes on me. I’ve deleted it and re-downloaded it in hopes that would help but it didn’t. Please fix this.

Doesn’t open after update

I loved the app while it worked. The latest update made it so the game doesn’t open at all. It starts to, checks for updates, then boots me back to my home screen. The game hasn’t opened all day.
