New Update Crashes

Ever since I updated my game, the app won’t even open. It will start to load, then immediately crash. And I know I’m not the only one, because my husband is having the same issue with his.

I thought this app delightful until the last update... now it does not work... please fix!

Loved this game but haven’t played in a while. Got a new device and downloaded the app but it just shuts down every single time before I even get past the loading screen. I’ve deleted and redownloaded multiple times... tried making a new game instead of recovering and nothing works

I would like to say that this is a very calming app. And I can’t go a day without being on it, but this app has given me that I can only go a day with being on it. The app crashes whenever I load in. I really want to go back to playing this and doing missions, unlocking new butterflies, achievements, etc. I don’t know if this is a bug or just my phone, but please fix it if you can in the next update! But aside from that, this app is absolutely calming like I stated before, and it’s amazing and I love it! I even checked Splash and Starlight, and Flutter seems to be the only one that doesn’t work for me. Amazing game though! ❤️

Love the game but it stopped working on my iPhone a few days ago. It starts to load, finishes loading, and then shuts down. Please help.

I love this game but for what ever reason after I’ve made it really far the game won’t stay open for me like its being forced closed ?

I didn’t get the game too long ago but after a while, the game isn’t letting me in. I was super disappointed because no matter how much I tried to go in , it won’t let me. It just kicks me out.

I love this game. Been with you since the beginning! But after the last update, it keeps asking me to connect to Facebook. When I say cancel (because I’m not on Facebook), it crashes on me :(:(:(

I have had this app for a couple of months. Enjoy it BUT NOW, it keeps crashing and taking me back to my home screen !!
