Why can’t I play the game!?

Every time I try to launch the app, it closes itself on me! Please help and fix the issue!

By far one of the most fun, interesting, relaxing games ever. And all of Runaway games are worth playing. They are creative, always fresh with new events. The developers and staff are superb in every way, so talented and hard working! KUDOS

Update released to fix below! Newest update doesn’t load the game anymore. You see the startup butterfly and the status bar goes across less than halfway and then closes the app.
Bugs and issues but great game concept

I love this game. The caveat being there is a bug with fusing butterflies where it crashes 1/5 times you fuse a butterfly (which is more of an issue in the starlight version because fusing moths costs money and you have to repay when it crashes.) My biggest issue is for nearly two days, I haven't been able to watch videos to save time or to spin the snail wheel. A bit disappointing. There are a couple other bugs too I noticed as well despite butterflies fusing but none that keep happening as much. (I love the pun of finding bugs in a game about bugs and other creatures...)
Horrible... Hate the events

The flower event NEVER shows any flowers no matter how often I check, it’s supposedly is every 2 hours, but you know how many flowers I got in total? 4 ( Not counting the beginning starter flowers) I’ve tried to look for help in this matter but nothing.. Unless they fix this problem, I have little to no interest in soaking hours into this.

-Flowers almost never spawn in the current event. After the initial boom I get maybe one at most whenever I check back in. I’d like to be able to feasibly finish the event but it’s going at an awful crawl -Flutterpedia crashes the game. I have a new species stuck in its chrysalis because when the flutterpedia attempts to automatically open to reveal it in there, the game crashes and reverts the reveal. Also can’t collect achievements or butterfly levels for the same reason. This makes the event pretty much unplayable since I can’t hatch new species to level them Those two, especially the second one, kind of ruin the experience of what is usually a pretty fun and relaxing game. If those are fixed I would give the game 5 stars
Relaxing game play

I really love how relaxing this game is. I love to play it at night before bed because the music and the movement helps relax me. 1 thing I wish I could change, and maybe I can but don’t currently know how to. I do wish I could buy more pollen producing flowers to help my butterflies level up. I hate only having 2, I think 3-4 would be beneficial.
