It was easy to cancel tickets when I couldn’t go at the last minute and the tickets sat in my account until today-about a month later- readily available and automatically applied to my new purchase. Love that. I didn’t have to go thru a thousand screens to add that credit to my new purchase. Perfect. Love the ease of operation.
Flixster forbidden

I keep getting “flixster forbidden” message pop up on my iPhone when I try to use it...
It’s pretty good.

I wish I could disable the Rotten Tomatoes ratings because they have no longer have any credibility. I won’t watch trailers because they put a 15 second ad in front of them. Yes, you have to watch an ad before you can watch an ad... Other than that, it shows me what movies are playing in what theaters and at what times. I couldn’t ask for much more than that.
No international payments allowed

The app allowed Fandango to charge my credit card, and then said it could not allow for payment from a foreign bank account (despite having already charged me). Needless to say I got no tickets and stuck with the bill.

The app was great, but can’t really use it anymore because ads pop up and I can’t get them off the screen. Unfortunate.

Love the Marcus theaters. There take over and renovations have made such a difference. They are always clean and well maintained! The reserved seating is the best! Makes going to the movies a great convenience.
