Ads everywhere! Don't even bother with this app. I'll just use my computer and skip all the stupid ads.
My go-to place for movie listings

Can see what's out there listed by theater or by movie release date, etc. Integration with Rotten Tomatoes is very valuable. I only wish it didn't exclude certain (smaller) theaters (who apparently have to pay to be listed -- "bad tomato" for Flixter for that).

It didn't take long for Fandango to turn a great app into a steaming heap of crap, complete with fake 'X' button which doesn't close the ad, but sends you off to a series of redirection links ending at the App Store. It would be really great if these guys go bankrupt.

Disappointed with recent update

I hate apps that have ads that pop up and block what you click on everytime you select something. Will switch to something better instead of this crap. I've used this app for years..very disappointed with current version.

Flixster apps has times of shows , reviews and trailers. What's showing and what coming up. I have tried other movie apps not as good as flixster.
