Very unprofessional super horrible customer service – FlixBus & FlixTrain Review

Booked our trip tow weeks advance called the 1800 number to ask about car seat information.they assured me I didn’t need one. Ask if I can have child on lap. I was OK with this Amtrak and Greyhound work the same way.So I paid for the tickets for me and my other children when I showed up we boarded. minutes before we pulled off they told us we had to leave because there was no car seat and I had to pay for the extra tickets. I told her I had no problem paying for the extra seats but let her know that customer service told me I didn’t need to have a car seat that customer service needs to know the rules and regulations before giving out wrong information. haven’t got my money refunded yet couldn’t reach a supervisor left messages no one had a number to reach anybody all they did was give me the runaround That corporate was in Berlin and because of the time difference it was hard to get a hold of someone.no one knew anything very unprofessional since they Misinformed me I lost money no refunded from the hotel I was going to stay at nonrefundable tickets for the amusement parks we were going to visit all together I lost about $500 not including the money for The bus tickets just because I was misinformed.
