Low quality late buses

The buses were late the few time I took them. We were waiting outside in the rain for the bus and it showed up late. No discount was provided and the bu broke down.
Late and no refunds

Took this line twice and had bad experiences every time. The first time Flixbus warned the passengers only via the app (did not display live news at the bus stop) that the bus was 30 mins late, but it turned out that the actual delay was 1h. The second time I intended to travel with FlixBus, FlixBus sent out a warning that the bus was 90-100 mins late after the original time of departure had passed. At that point, the ticket was already non refundable.

Some how charged me for tickets I didn’t not order and wouldn’t refund my money. Scheming and ripping people off is bad for business

I’m writing this from the airport where I just missed my flight because the bus arrived an hour later than it was supposed to. We sat at the bus stop for 30 minutes. Then the bus driver did not know the route to the bus stop and did a full lap around the airport before going to where we started and arriving at the bus stop. Be wary, never riding again.

No number

Keep trying to find a number for customer service and so just keeps routing to help center and no number. My bus has not arrived and i have not received any notifications that it’s is delayed, i also cannot find my bus on the map.

I have traveled many years on Eastern on their 12:30 am bus from Richmond to New York never once arriving late, if anything we were early. My first time on Flixbus on the 1:40 am bus and I arrive at my destination 30 minutes late causing problems with my pickup! Believe me, I will question my decision to use your service in the future. I also had problems with your app in ordering my ticket which i never had with Eastern.

The app and website for some unknown reason keep declining my card even though everything is correct. It worked the first time and I got to my location but the second time it kept declining and now I’m stuck over here and I need to use some other company. Customer service wasn’t helpful because they said pay pal would work but that didn’t work either.

These buses in Europe were extremely nice and comfortable! The drivers were very nice and directions to the stops were descriptive. I’m only putting 4 stars because my family and I were waiting for our connecting bus and it was an hour late. It was already delayed by a half hour (which they notified us) but we were worried they weren’t coming after it was an hour after the delayed time. I suggest the company notifying us again if they are still late. But other than that it was smoothe sailing. I also hope you guys have busses throughout Canada and the US.
