Reliable, Cheap but the App/Website is bad

The website doesn’t accept any payments from any of my cards or paypal accounts for no reason at all. The app, on the other hand, told me my “payment had failed” but charged my account almost 70 euros anyway. Now I have no idea if my tickets are even going to work. Thanks for the headache Flixbus.
Don’t reserve a seat!

2 times now I have paid for a reservation in a certain seat. And when I get there someone is in my seat. They tell me it’s open seating. Trying to get refund from this Company is.&@}#*^> Nice Bus! Driver (hmmm) not so. Hope things get better **

Nice bus left the Wi-Fi and the chargers ports. It was such a fast trip, the money was so reasonable I will definitely travel from Tucson to Tempe for ball games all the time now

The app is so confusing for a first time user. I could not figure out how to change my reservation. We missed the first. And we barely missed the second. The thing that tells you where your bus is at reused to load. You have no way of knowing whether you can buy at the bus. I would t have wasted money had i known. No visibility. I would like to talk to customer service ASAP.

I went from las vegas going to santa monica .So first of all they make it so hard to find out where the bus is going to be when getting picked up . Then it stops 4 times during the whole ride . What i thought i was buying was a direct bus line to santa monica , but no it takes the scenic route into all the LA traffic . Left at 11 am got to santa monica at 10 pm , almost 12 hrs on a bus when it should have took 6-8 the most

I have had nothing but a positive experience using Flixbus from Phoenix AZ to Las Cruces NM and back.
