I have been trying to get in contact with someone that can help with a problem. They say they that it will be in contact with you within 24 hrs NOT !!!! I am deleting this app and I would not recommend this to anyone.

I uses flint now for almost 5 years and so fascinating of the value of customer service es and on spot 247 support. Sometimes I call when I need support if there’s an issues regards invoices.

I have used Flint for four years and I had only 3 issues in that time and two of the issues due to an update that I did not do. It is easy to process credit/debit and document cash payments. I can send an invoice and clients have paid that way. I am going to use Flint with my client management system, they support Flint. I am a Licensed Prof. Counselor, so I use Flint for Individual and Group sessions, I have also created a link on the website to promote online payments for special events that I do. I love it!


Horrible Customer Service

There is no phone number, only an email address, which they never answer anymore. Recently their invoices have malfunctioned and all of my clients charges are being declined when they attempt to pay their bills. It’s been like this for days and they have not resolved it. In fact, they have not acknowledged the help desk tickets I’ve put in, they simply delete them and I have to submit new ones. In the past the customer service at Flint has been very good. I’m really frustrated.

Have used Flint for a few years now with minimal issues. HOWEVER, it started declining my transactions 4 days ago. I contacted customer support via email (as they have no 800# to call) and no response. NOTHING. Their customer support is AWFUL. Need to find a new processing company ASAP.

There was some confusion with an old website that I retired and Flint cancelled my merchant account with NO notice when I asked to speak with a customer service rep they refused. DO NOT USE THIS APP there is no live customer super of any kind

This app has issues. You will wait for 5 days to receive your money. I also had issues creating a invoice. In fact I never could create an invoice and I had to download a different app just for invoicing. That being said I did receive my money after they get theirs first. I dont like having to wait for my money for 5 days.
