No customer service – Flint - Accept Cards, No Dongles. Invoicing. Review

Have used Flint for a few years now with minimal issues. HOWEVER, it started declining my transactions 4 days ago. I contacted customer support via email (as they have no 800# to call) and no response. NOTHING. Their customer support is AWFUL. Need to find a new processing company ASAP.
