Flint works for me

I have been using Flint for about a year for monthly billing charges to clients. My needs were a little different from most but Flint worked with me to allow me to bill regular monthly payments. I couldn't be happier with the service and the app. I especially like the email receipt to my clients. I've had no complaints from my clients either. Flint works for me!

Doesn't allow transactions because their too high. After emailing support they demand a slew of personal document about business finances. Very shady & useless company

If you need to manually enter your transactions, choose another!!! It only ever let me do so with one transaction. After waiting for customer service help for a week which never came and having it tell me I exceeded my limits (which was 15.00), I'm glad to know on the front end how shoddy this product is. Also, the help section of the app ALWAYS read that there was an error and provided no help either.

I think this is an awesome service. Never had an issue. Lowest rates. Always get our $ and never have to worry about having a card reader. Very secure. Our customers love it too!!!!!

Not working after Jan/2016 update

App stops working after new update. Customer Service reports no issues on their side or any problems with my account. Transactions did not go through with Flint but went through with my back up credit card processor so no issues on my side. Hope they can fix the problem soon.

I only get asked to take a credit card once in a while. With Flint I don’t have to remember any extra parts, it is always with me and it is easy to use.

Scanning cards is so fast now!

WOW, I installed Flint on my iPad so I can start using it in our store too. Now we can bust lines during busy times and better serve our clientele. I thought scanning on the iPad might be difficult but the new improvements make scanning as fast as swiping a card. I love it.

I own a taxi company, since the discovery of this app we made it mandatory to use this app! I have to say, besides navigation/ maps app this is the most used and appreciated app on all our company phones. Ive never had to contact customer support, but I have read the reviews and realize they will be there to help if needed.. so I'm giving 5 stars all the way around. Thanks FLINT!
