Horrible Customer Service – Flint - Accept Cards, No Dongles. Invoicing. Review

There is no phone number, only an email address, which they never answer anymore. Recently their invoices have malfunctioned and all of my clients charges are being declined when they attempt to pay their bills. It’s been like this for days and they have not resolved it. In fact, they have not acknowledged the help desk tickets I’ve put in, they simply delete them and I have to submit new ones. In the past the customer service at Flint has been very good. I’m really frustrated.
