MaryCarol. Hrs

App freezes before you put in description of problem. All info is lost for request. App locks up, phone restart necessary.

UPDATE: 12/29/14 Yippee the app works again! Thanks so much for fixing this app. It makes it so much easier to report a problem! Previous review: 12/01/2014 The app used to be great. But not since iOS 8. It stops working after I type in my email address in the form. the app gets a grayish tone and freezes when I attempt to select the problem. I'll see if I can use my old iPod to use this app until it's fixed.

Bar code scanner doesn't work

Mark7m77

Turn bar code scanner on and all I get is a black screen. I tried deleting and reloading the app and still doesn't work. The rest of the app functions as it should

Good but needs work

ae6dx

App works fairly well but I’ve experienced some crashes and unable to find who at Wash Laundry to report the errors to.

Terrible- doesn't work

How Now?

Won't allow for selecting a machine issue, a mandatory field. I can click on Problem and get an empty problem list and a cancel link.

Needs Work

ami.bdance

Crashes, and doesn't have a space on the app to indicate money lost like the brainless manager told me it did.

Crashes

koikee

Closes when i click on machine problem.

Broken app broken machines & broken customer service

OneOddOrange

So this is the only form that works to report a problem. So here it is: VXX456 Park la brea -Does not and has not in months dispense the softener. It’s been ‘fixed’ before multiple times. The water is not powerful enough to dispense the softener. Then it gets clogged. Maybe someone will fix that machine and the broken dryer that’s been broken forever. Although it’s been ‘fixed’. And the how about the all the washers that stop mid cycle that need to be manually restarted. It should be about under 2 hours. But laundry can be an all day event. Thanks.
