Can’t access camera

When you try to scan a barcode it tells you to go to Settings -> Privacy -> Camera to enable access, but it doesn’t show up in that list because it hasn’t requested access to the camera. The app should tell ios what it wants to access and ask the user for permission, not require jumping through hoops only to discover you can’t do what the instructions tell you to do. Has made the app useless since our machines ONLY have a barcode, not a six-digit code to manually enter.

This App has to be the slowest most frustrating thing to use. Not only does the app CRASH every other minute, but calling customer service and is worse. I would highly recommend checking every machine prior to using. Because if you pay and it turns out the machine doesn’t work once you press START you won’t get your money back. This has happened to me before. I’ve lost a total of up to $50 because machines will seem like they work, you pay and when it begins to wash it crashes and you’re left with having to pay for another washer. I would also recommend you finding another washroom if you can. Just my experience and a heads up.

The app crashes just by opening it. Their number puts you on hold until you hang up. Awful service and criminal prices for laundry.

I love this app... I’ll say it again... I love this app... I wish I could get the tenants to use it instead of calling me, but hey... So, one more time all the bad reviews, five stars all the time, it works every time- no joke...

Honestly I'm not sure why this app is rated so lowly, maybe an old version wasn't working right? Whatever the case the app works fine now, I submitted a problem and it sent with no errors or crashes. A suggestion would be to allow indicating that the machine produced an error code... I had to select "other" and enter the code in the notes.

Yes I try to get the app but I write the name Wash on the app and nothing the only think I get is this think of FixLaundry I don’t want that I need the real app but I looking by name by anything and nothing

I’d rather click an app than type in a phone number and wait on hold so I gave the app a go notwithstanding the low reviews. Barcode scanned in less than a second, menus was easy to navigate, and machine address populated automatically. Just had to manually input my name and phone. Easy as anything and got the job done. Will update if service following request is an issue, but it never has been by phone.

If you have their machines at your residence, then download this app! No waiting on the phone and all the questions they would ask are right on the app!
