This app works about as “well” as WASH washers & dryers do, which are all hardly functional at all. Maybe if they spent less time ripping off families and low income housing complexes, then they could spend more time ensuring that their garbage heaps work.

This app is garbage, their machines are garbage. The amount of money and frustration that their broken machines have cost me....unreal.

My property manager showed me this app and how to use it for our apartment buildings and I used it like I was shown and then next time I was in the laundr room, it worked. I used the exact machine and no issues. Plus, I did what I had to, to get refunded my $1.25 which was the smallest check I've ever received but I'll take it lol

I am unsatisfied with this app because when I tried to report a problem, it asked me to give the machine problem. However, it showed no options for the problems and no way to type my issue.

I’ve lost so much money on these machines. I constantly have to keep guessing which machines work, and I’m down to three. I can’t even use those machines because other people are using them. Also, I cant my money back! It’s the middle of winter where I am and none of the machines seem to know what cold means. They have scorching hot water! And the other machines are literally flooded. The other laundry room that literally always smells like pee and has drunk homeless people has better machines.
