Don’t waste your time

When the app opens it gives me a notification that there’s no network connection (there is I just filed my report on their web page) and when you try to exit the notification the app crashes and kicks you out very frustrating in a situation when I’m already frustrated because the machines are broke.

This piece of junk can’t even take a photo because it is no optimized for the iOS. WASH machines are a piece of junk as well just like their stupid service.

I like that the app is easier than waiting on hold with the call center for 30 mins but the app has an issue that blocks you from being able to scan the barcode or QR code. It says to go into to the privacy section in the settings then camera and turn on the camera option for the app but that option is not available.

When I try to enable access to my camera this app doesn’t even show up in my privacy setting or list of apps in my settings. The machines in my complex do not list their 6 digit codes, they are only available by scanning which I can’t do since I cannot enable camera access.

This app constantly crashes! I’ve basically given up on it and use the website now to submit my requests. It could be because there are sooooo many requests for fixing these old and poorly maintained machines, and lack of action by the company, that the app crashes. ?♀️ Very frustrating!
