I’m able to put in the 6digit code and scan bar codes but when i press the machine problem option the whole app crashes. not very helpful

Does not scan, does not appear under camera settings, tried to report problems with machines, they haven’t fixed for several weeks, not impressed, try updating this app and test it or remove it from the store.

I have installed the app on an iPhone 7, running iOS 12.1.2. When I tap the 'Scan Barcode' button in the app, the "Please enable the Camera." dialog is displayed. But when I navigate, as suggested, to Settings > Privacy > Camera to enable such usage, the 'FixLaundry' app is not in the list of apps that have requested such permission. If I enter the washing machine ID number manually, and then tap the ‘Machine Problem' button in the app, it crashes immediately. This app should be removed from the App Store.

App does not appear in Privacy Settings for Camera. I cannot use this app to scan the barcode. App needs improvement big time.
Literally the worst app I’ve ever seen.

Trying to put in the machine problem, 1 of the 2 crucial steps to tell them what’s wrong, literally closes the app. Trying to scan doesn’t work either as it won’t let you give the app camera access. App is actually useless.

I agree that it’s easier than calling & easy to use. I just wish I could use the scan feature. I cannot find the app in my camera settings to allow it access. Even tried uninstalling & reinstalling & cannot find the app anywhere under privacy > camera to allow it to scan.

Horrible maintenance of the machines. And now a horrible app through which one won’t be able to enter a problem. The app crashes out upon selecting the “Machine Problem”. You try to scan, the iOS settings won’t even show this app.

The app is useless. Do use it you have to scan the barcode. When you go to do that it tells you to change your camera settings to ones that don’t exist on an iPhone.
