Shame, I used to love this app

Never had issues before with this app but my most recent (and largest to date) order from them, I got a mysterious apologetic (kind of) email a few days later saying (oh don’t worry rest assured we definitely have your order)... and it’s like, um you better? I paid you money? Which is never a good sign like obviously send a confirmation email but a please don’t worry we got a bunch of orders and we are totes on top of it type emails never make it seem like you’re on top of things, rather that you planned quite poorly and have no qualms about keeping my money hostage with empty promises and lies. Weeks later and no order, when I sign in a large red font banner echoes empty promises that I refuse to buy. Never again.

I’ve never had any problem with Hollar. I wish they would ship faster but as said their disclaimer, expect a while. My problem now is that whenever I go into the app and look at my cart list, all the items I had on there disappear or the app just crashes. At one point, I had over 100 items in my cart. I like to go into it updating it and saving it there when I do decide to actually make the purchases. It’s tiresome having to re-add all the items for it to disappear again. Please fix this.

Never received package!! Waited weeks and after contacting Hollar still have not heard back. Contacted fedex and was supposed to get a call back a week ago. So disappointed

I ordered almost $50 worth of stuff back in October and after sending many emails they finally told me almost two months later that my order was canceled for some unknown reason. If my order was canceled I should have been notified immediately to fix the problem. Now half the items I thought I had purchased are out of stock. I will definitely be using a different company from now on. Somewhere that is reliable.

App is clunky and inefficient. I put a bunch of stuff in my cart which I then planned to weed thru when I was ready to buy. Ridiculously slow and times out and then seems to "forget" what it was processing. Dollar Tree is much better. Too bad you lost my business before my first order... I have seen so many complaints about shipping times - that it almost seems suspicious. Like they are slowing down the process because they can't keep up with orders. Oh, and developers? Don't bother sending me some "canned" message about contacting you directly. Really. I won't be back. App deleted.

Hi you really need a place to make a list so I can buy a little at a time. I just spent a long time deleting my cart because there wasn’t a place for a list. I could have been using that time to shop.

I LOVED the site, I’ve made many purchases from them. Delivery has gotten faster than before, but after hearing that Hollar was bought out by Five Below I’ve noticed many items including food and pantry, kitchen, what’s new, etc. not being replaced or updated. Apparently they are liquidating and it’s really sad that Five Below would do this to an amazing bargain store. I will continue to buy from them but I see quantities depleted. Very sad and terrible move to close this site.
