Bye Felicia

TerriShawna

This was a quick love affair. I started shopping on Hollar in August. Everything was pretty good, although the app is not the best. Last order had 12, that’s TWELVE, items missing. Two emails in 3 days have gone totally unanswered. Not acceptable. I won’t be back again unless they improve their shipping methods. Put a packing receipt in the box like a normal company. Don’t leave products that were out of stock on my order list online. Don’t forget to ship items paid for. And for God sakes answer your emails. I’m done!

I have never had a problem with the Hollar app nothing but the best experience. But now for some reason it does not want to load all the results for anything. I have tried changing it to where it shows only Hollar items and then all items. I still can only view a limited amount of items. I did re download the app and still same problem. Not sure if anyone else is experiencing this but at this point I cant even shop around using the app. UPDATE- it works now! Not sure how or why but it started loading all the results.

Just another Wish app

Audrey Siders

The app itself is easy to use, it’s likable and simple. The products are not expensive as noted, but they aren’t high end either and while you will will find some name brand things, it’s still very much like Wish. And the app would not be so bad if everything you wanted to buy didn’t have $3.00 to $4.00 shipping on every item even the Tony Moly skin masks! Just a huge nope for me.

Every time I place an order they cancel it!!!

Brad Setzer

I’ve place an order several times with this company and each time they cancel the order. Their items show in stock and they charge my debit card but then they cancel the order with NO explanation. And these orders are not small orders. It’s multiple items $25+ total. It’s as if they don’t want people buying their merchandise. I’ve had a family member try to order the items for me with their debit card AND THE SAME THING HAPPENS. What the heck??????
