Update issue

Love this site and have purchased numerous times however the newly updated app won't load... no photos of merchandise are showing. Very sad and disappointed

I used to love Hollar until the last few boxes came. Things had gross, brown stains on them. Little black hairs on other things. Glitter all over my stuff in another box with lipstick looking smudges. I emailed them and haven't heard back about it so until I hear back I will not use this app anymore and will leave a one star rating. I also don't like that certain items require bulk purchases. I don't need 80 finding dory puzzles for my niece and nephew. I think there should be an option for bulk buy or single item buy. I want some items, but just one, not 573885 of them.

I've purchased a bunch of times already and I'm happy with everything and it comes packaged great so I haven't had anything come broken yet.

It's a good app to look at but it keeps freezing up and exiting me out and I do not like that when I'm trying to find somethings and having to keep typing it in.

I am obsessed with hollar right now, it's getting kind of addicting- (Thanks to Judy Travis). I've never written a review about an app before, but it's so slow/freezing bad enough that it made me want to write one. I keep trying to search stuff, it'll freeze & I'll have to lock my phone to unfreeze it. I'll search for stuff & It always takes me back to the home page for hollar as well. & yes I have the newest version!

Just one suggestion, It would be great if something was added to show how much the price dropped. I like knowing how much the products have costed before the price drop. Haha, I love Hollar, I will definitely buy again. Cheap prices, especially when there are discounts. :)

I placed an order and it shipped. I was tracking it and it never came! The address they put as my shipping address was my state abbreviation. After having to wait another two weeks to prove it was lost. I was given a "store credit". I once again placed an order. This time verifying my address was corrected. My package was shipped out. It showed it was at my local post office. I didn't get it the next few days. I called Hollar again. Oops sorry your address was incorrect! Rather then they do any type of customer service and try and track down my package. All they said was "call the USPS and see if they can help you". Thankfully the post office actually has customer service and after two days tracked down my package. No thanks to Hollar! I will NEVER purchase from nor RECOMMEND them to ANYONE!

They sent me an auto response message about the app problem their having. Again, not caring about their customers. Thanks for proving my point Hollar! On my very first order I found out how this company really works. I accidentally ordered a duplicate item for $5. After calling customer service, I would have to pay to return the $5 item AND pay a restocking fee. I will not purchase from this company again who is unwilling to help their customers who try to bargain shop. Now I'm stuck with a second item I do not need.

Although most of the items have a great price, I can only give them a 3. I ordered a while back and received an item that did not work. I emailed customer service twice and never heard from them. Very disappointing. I changed my rating to 5 stars. I got my problem resolved and in fact just placed another order.
