I was looking for a workout out that was good, effective and not going to charge me per month. This app does that. Nice workouts for my 40 years old body, plus they build in intensity. First couple workouts are short (5-7 minutes) and them they build up to intensity (30th Days is 30 minutes). I hope in the next update they have a wider variety of workouts. I believe right now they have about six for beginner and intermediate levels.

You have to complete the first challenge but if you want another challenge you have to pay for it so yes if you want another challenge you DO have to pay for it but it is ok

This app is really helping me out. It keeps me in check and motivates me to keep going. This app is helping me tone my body and lose a bit. Great for beginners!
