Awesome app but one question

This is an amazing app it’s short but VERY effective. The only thing is are you suppose to do each type of workout all in “Day One”? Because if u unlock the 2 day on one it unlocks on all so then how would u work for it.

As a beginner to the workout game, this app makes it easy to follow simple yet effective workouts at home. Not a ton of ads, is a major plus!

Exactly the pace I need to get back into shape. Don't understand the different subscriptions though. I don't mind paying for a good workout at home but looks like you have to buy each challenge separately or as a whole which I didn't realize until I purchased one thinking it was for all the workouts. Good app!

I really liked this app! It gave you so many options on what you did or didn’t want to work on, and gave you easy step-by-step instructions and videos to make sure you’re doing it right. I think something that would really improve this app in the future, is to show the timer and countdown he number of times we need to do the workout. All in all, this is a great app and i recommend to anyone who is trying to shape a healthy lifestyle!
