I'm only in my sixth day but I see small Improvements I am doing the butt work out right now and so far I like the improvements this app is no joke completed the ab workout already

I'm a busy mom, work full time and simply have no time to go to the gym. I was intimidated at first but I promise that if you follow the work outs, you will see results! I only do the workouts every other day as I run on the other days but still see the difference. This app is worth every dollar!
