Great app, nice price! – Fit30: Home Workouts Exercise Review

I was looking for a workout out that was good, effective and not going to charge me per month. This app does that. Nice workouts for my 40 years old body, plus they build in intensity. First couple workouts are short (5-7 minutes) and them they build up to intensity (30th Days is 30 minutes). I hope in the next update they have a wider variety of workouts. I believe right now they have about six for beginner and intermediate levels.
