This app really helps me with exercise. Before I was struggling with finding an app that did. This has videos that help you see the correct way of doing it. I learned new techniques and now I don't even need the gym. Thank you!!!
I enjoy this app, it really puts you to work the second you get started!!!!! What a great way to start my weight loss journey!!!!!!!!
I am skinny as it is and I care a lot about my health and with this app it has helped me with my "beach body abs" a lot. Definitely recommend it
It really helps me burn calories and when I do the exercises I really feel the burn!!!
So, I just finished the first workout of the first challenge. I think the instructor works hard to keep you moving and motivated. I think the one issue I have is that there does not appear to be a tutorial for each move. I’m in good shape, so I was able to keep up, but if I wasn’t and I was using the small screen of my phone, I probably would get annoyed. That said, put it on an IPad, screen share to a TV, and you should be good.
