Transfering money

I loved the app but just updated it and now the option to transfer money to my primary bank is gone. This is big for me because I’m only home ounce a month and my bank is local to my area

I had to use this card because of my employer. At first it was working fine but the ability to transfer money from my card to my bank account is now gone. When I called customer support they told me by the end of October it would be fixed. We’re in November & the service is still down. The app has started telling my that my login information is incorrect and I cannot sign in through the app. Worst app ever.

I never write reviews but this is the worst app to ever exist, it does absolutely nothing for you. If you are looking to get frustrated, annoyed & call customer service then this is the perfect app for you. Not even the app but the whole company plus their customer service is trash but that’s another story. Only got this piece of crap bc of my employer

This app is just a trash as whole company providing this kind of service. This app is useless. I would never use this app, but my employer decided to send paychceks there, without letting me know. It’s been more than 2 months I can’t transfer my money to BOfA accout. It’s just not possible. I have never used this app for anything else, but to transfer the money to safe place. Customer service ? I wrote them so many times... no answer. I don’t know what to do... I am out of states for a long time. Don’t let your employer send your money via this terrible service. Avoid them

Do not get this app this is by far the dumbest app on the apple store if your job banks with them change that immediately or you will regret it I promise you
