This bank has scammed me out of over 50 dollars in fees from several transactions that were not authorized by me. These transactions took place months ago. I still haven’t been refunded my money. They told me one to ten business days so I wait. On the 11th business day I call to see where my money is, they say “there is a delay in the system from the update,” but didn’t bother letting me know that when my dispute was approved. The next day I call and the reps have a terrible attitude. I call the next day and they say oh your money SHOULD be in the account in the “next few days” ? they have scammed me out my money. I am homeless. I can’t even afford soap. The money was supposed to be in there. Where is it!??? Im fed up

It forgot my login and password information on my second time using it. Then, when I try to login with my user name and password, it says it is invalid. Extremely poor coding! ??
