If you’re going to have an in-house app developed make sure that it’s tested first and that the users are able to properly navigate through said new app. Otherwise no one will use it due to poor start rating and reviews.

It says error 401 or something when you simply put the wrong password. Why answer multiple random security questions if you want to go to tranfer tab? I log it with my password then 5 seconds after I’m asked a bunch of more security questions??? How is that even efficient or necessary? If you want to put a security check just make us put our last four of social… and trying to change the security questions is a buggy mess…Seems like the app was made by an ametur programmer so they could save money…

So the fees on these cards are super predatory makes the company pretty sus. The app actually works great if you have low expectations of what it can do. Your activation code is given to you by the people that give you the card. Same one you use when you call to activate the card.
Absolutely trash. DONT EVER USE!!!

The direct funding info doesn’t exist on the app lol. Does not show at all can not find my routing number or account number. the app was made by children and it demands more attention than whatever this business spends its money on.

Okay so let’s talk about what is good about this card….nothing so let’s talk about what’s bad 1) if you check your balance they take money $1-4 every time 2) they charge an additional fee on top of any atm fee none of their atms are really free it’s a catch with it all! 3) if Amazon is trying to charge you 8 but all you have is 5 their gonna just take that $5 away from you and never say why or where it went 4) their customer service is horrible! Unprofessional as ever! Worst people I’ve ever talked to avoid calling at all cost also 5) no matter what the situation is customer service CANNOT help you money missing? Not their problem lost card? Yeah you guessed it NOT THEIR PROBLEM someone’s been stealing money out of your account? Oh love once again THATS NOT THEIR PROBLEM 6) they send you your money when they feel one week it’s a Monday next week it’s Tuesday next week back to Monday this time early in the morning following week might be Wednesday

Don't let all of the negative reviews fool you. Think about this for a moment, i work for McDonalds and i know for a fact that this is the pay card that they are partners with. Taking that in mind hundreds of thousands of employees across the world would be using this correct. Now lets say i have the app and it works perfectly fine throughout my entire usage of it, it would probably never even cross my mind to leave a review. Its only then somthing bad happens that you leave a negative review and considering how many people are using this there should be more than like 600 or so one star reviews.

You want to transfer money? App will freeze. Want to change info? App will freeze. It doesn’t matter how many time you close the app and try again, it’ll freeze. I’ve had this for a month and literally seen the actual transfer money page 2 times. What an absolute trash app. The only reason I have it is because my employer starts off paying you that way.

The card works like any other card. I lost my card in the house and order a new one I waited 3 weeks never once did the ups driver (that didn’t have a tracking number on my card) ever show up so I’ve ordered a new one after being issued this card from work sitting with my money for a month starving currently waiting for another to show up to my work place or I’m placing a law suit against them for stealing over 2,000$ of my money. I’ve sat on the phone for 30 sum minutes for them to just pull my account up. Every time I was payed they stole 40-80$ from me I’d had pay stubs for proof.
