Called To Finally Set Up , Only Logged In Once Now I Can’t Even Get Past The Log In Screen Because There’s A Loading Sign Right In The Middle . Website Doesn’t Work At All !

Please fix! Several people have had problems with the app not loading the log in screen, including me! Can’t access my money to transfer to pay tuition; I don’t write reviews but I came to say please fix this!

I can use it once and then I cannot login, unless I delete the app and download it again. Then it’s good for one time use. I’ll give it a -2 stars. It looks like the guys that developed windows vista, have found new work developing this app.

Took a while to get my account set up, and after I closed the app once it will not let me back in to view anything.

Constantly tells me I’ve timed out when I haven’t even logged in and continues to load which I’ll have to force quit and bring it back up to be met with the same outcome over and over again until it finally decides to let me in. It’s already bad enough that unless you live near a regions bank ( which I don’t ) you can’t put money on it or have third parties do it so once the money is gone the card is done until I get another direct deposit. I’m not gonna waste time typing anymore complaints this application needs major work.

Took the necessary time to learn the application. Use multiple pay cards and this is by far the best app in the business

Great improvement over the old app. Before using the Fintwist app, I basically spent a bit on the card and pulled cash out Now I am starting to look at how I spend my money and I am using less cash Early on there were some problems but the releases keep getting better each time

Trust me when I say, withdraw your paycheck in cash at an AllPoint atm IMMEDIATELY. Do NOT try to use it for purchases whatsoever. Then deposit in your bank account in person at your closest bank. Then, destroy the card and never use it again. This service is trash and the customer support is even worse. You will regret it if you don't herd my warning
Username and password fix

Putting a new username and I get one I put it in and when I put forget password and put to the new password they give and it won’t work really fix the app
