The restaurant I work for uses this app to pay me... found out I was the only one being paid by this app, it’s absolutely horrible always forgets my login information the server is always down and I can never login to check to see how much money I’m earning it’s a pain in the butt to get it transferred and so it just sits in my account...

This app freezes up every time I open it. It’s hard to maneuver and get to the link that I want. It’s the worst paycard app I’ve ever had. It also doesn’t have an website option to log into when it freezes. It just doesn’t flow well.

I can’t really speak for the quality of the app as I can for the quality of the company. The app won’t let me do anything until I make an account on the website. However, their website wouldn’t let me do anything, everything I do gives me a “The page you were redirected to does not exist”. I hit the create an account button!!! I want to set up a direct deposit so my paycheck goes to a bank account I can use but it won’t let me. If you can, don’t use this company, or their partner, Fintwist, which seems to be equally incompetent, because when I try to do anything there, it sends me over to the same page in which I have to create an account and inevitably be denied any control over my money. The only reason I give this a star is because I can’t go lower.

I would give “0” stars if I had that option. On May 30th 2021, $423.00 was stolen from my account. I have airline tickets to prove that I was not in the area of the ATM withdrawal. That was (at the time of this post) 89 days ago. I still do not have my money back. No one will give me a phone number to talk to the fraud department. Customer service will only tell you to email them. This does no good! Worst company ever (excluding the Indiana BMV).

Possibly the worst app I’ve ever used. In order to transfer money, you have to type both your entire security question and your answer. But it doesn’t matter what you type—you will always fail or get an error message. It is virtually IMPOSSIBLE to get your money out of Fintwist!

This has nothing to do with the app and everything to do with this companies customer service. My experience has been absolutely terrible every time I’ve called. I spoke with three different people today and they were all very rude and seemed to be in a rush to get me off of the phone. One of the customer service representative seemed to be distracted by the tv his phone or a video game and was very far from his mic and seemed to get frustrated every time I told him, “I can’t hear you.” I’m going to write a review on every platform I see this companies name and recommend CR England stops using this terrible company to pay their employees.

i unfortunately had to get one of these stupid cards because i didn’t have a checking account until the last minute. i activated the card and i even got paid! but i have no way of logging into the app. it will NOT take the pin to enroll my card despite being activated. now i just have an entire weeks work of pay of this stupid card and i can’t even access it. i’m glad (?) i’m not alone in the “fintwist hate club”. i haven’t even used the app (because, once again, it refuses to let me) and i already hate the whole thing. if your job has this card as an option, do NOT get it. it’s absolute trash. just open up a checking and work out the rest from there with your boss/manager. rip my hard earned $146
