Love this app❤️, but there’s one exception ?

I love this app, it’s really amazing and definitely helps me to find the destination I am looking for. But there is one thing that I don’t like about this app, it’s the fact that I’m in the middle of no where sometimes needing to know where I need to go, but there’s no internet and so the app doesn’t want to work nor load. Other than that the app is great as long as there’s internet! ?

While on a recent shopping trip with my wife I accidentally left my iPhone in a shopping cart. Realized about three hours later it was missing so we pulled up the app and found my phone (intact) lying alongside the road on a nearby interstate freeway. This app WORKS!!!
Needs an adjustment but great app

I use this differently. My husband drives truck and i use this to help guide him when he is in unfamiliar areas. The latest update has made this hard. I have to update as he drives and when you do it throws the map back out to the far viewing and you loose the close up you had of street view. Fix this and i would love it.

When i enter the right email & password, it always gives me an error message until i enter it one more time and sometimes i need to try 4 times with the right email and password to open !!!!! Beside that, the location doesn’t refresh automatically like in many other apps, in "find my iphone" you need to refresh manually each time...

I would use it to find my phone but it did not help a lot because it would show fake locations that I have not been at like it would send that I was across the street but I remember that i was not there

I was in a michaels store near my house at Christmas, standing in line to pay I had just used my phone to look for coupons... I put it back in my purse which was in my cart. It stood up out of the side pocket a quite bit.. I didn’t realize it til the next morning that I was missing it . I searched for it on the app and found it across town at a residential location, address and all. The police in my area were more than happy to meet me there, I waited in the car as they knocked on the door, a young woman answered they asked if she had a cell phone that wasn’t hers, she said she was going to take it to her local Verizon store that day and turn it in, just hadn’t gotten to it. She handed it over to them and they brought it to me stating this doesn’t usually turn out this way. They didn’t perceive it as foul play... however I know that I had put it in the side pocket of my purse and it had been taken from there. When I received my phone back there was a recent message with a number I did not recognize. The message came at least 4 hours after I had sent out a message through the app stating this phone has been stolen. So I called the number and asked who it was and finally got that she had had my phone. Once we got to that point she started sounding a bit sketchy, she began telling me she found it on a shelf somewhere in the store... didn’t remember where. I asked why she didn’t just turn it in at the register, she said she didn’t have time. I am sure I would not have retrieved my phone had I not had this app❣️
