I have all the iPhones for our family linked on one log-in to allow me to see everybody. But the system doesn’t refresh unless i hard-close the program (as opposed to a simple exit to remove it from the screen). And even that doesn’t always work. The refresh button is essentially non-functional

I’ve been trying for 15 minutes.it only gives me the button for update. If it doesn’t work all the time, it’s worthless.

I literally use this everyday all over my house when I can't find my phone which is sometimes multiple times a day! Lifesaver!!

..... never needed it. Then left my phone in a gas station restroom. Remembered it too late n it was turned off n GONE. Reported it stolen to my carrier n 40 min. Later the thieves turned it on n it pinged 45 miles away south of where we were. I could have tracked it down but I already knew from stories I’ve heard police wont pursue it. But I sure could’ve gone to the house where my phone was! Great App.

This app is worse then ever. I look up my husbands phone to see where he is & it shows this big green circle saying he’s 0 to 3 miles away ????? We used to be able to drive right to where my daughter would be sitting??? very frustrating & what a useless app

Fix or atleast make us able to removes from phone

Will show the phone is online but keeps sending old location location useless app don’t waste ur time and a 5 mile radios is a lot of help ?

I use this constantly to find my iPad and/or phone many times a week. It’s difficult to tell where in the house the lost device but it gets you close enough that you can have the lost device make noise till you find it. Even if the lost device is set for silent, it still sends out a beeping at high volume. If your phone is somewhere unrecoverable you can lock down the phone/iPad or erase it. Great app! 10 stars for all the time and effort it has saved me!
