My wife lost her phone so we used this app to track it. The enormous circular outline where the phone could be located was about 2 miles. I got to where the app pointed out where my wife's phone was supposedly located at and it was not there. I began using the tone to see if it was I. The area and nothing for about ten minutes. Then all of a sudden nothing.....nothing at all. We looked for over an hour and then the phone shut off. Thanks for wasting my life!

It is overall a great way to locate your misplaced device. However if your device is stolen the app can be easily disabled and you will not be able to locate or connect to your device at all.

Useless. App says it needs to be updated, then App Store says you must have IOS 8 (or later) ... no prompt not link to download an older version; no help available in Support pages. Useless.

Are you kidding? Can't get this app to open. I hit open and it sends me to the app which tells me to open it. I go back and forth and ...nothing. Useless.

My sons phone was stolen while attending school. This ap showed exactly where it was. Within 20ft! Lead the cops right to it! Phone recovered, thief incarcerated. Can't give it enough stars! Addendum: would be GREAT if you added the option to turn on both cameras. Would help in identifying thief and exact location. Yes! Having the option to turn on the cameras secretly AND possibly record/screenshot would be AWESOME! Don't tell me the technology isn't there. Borrow it from the NSA!!!

It used to be able to show the last known location when the phone is dead, but my phone is dead and it doesn't show last location

One day I lost my phone in Walmart then later I got the app on my iPod and the phone was going some where thanks to the app I called the police then is had to fill a lot of thing out. But all at the end I got it back. The only time it would be better if they had the app for author devices.

I broke my iPhone screen the other day, Apple turned off my find my iPhone. Later did I know that two days later I would loose it. I still can't find it and wishing I didn't loose it. I wish the app didn't need you to have it turned on. Maybe in the new iPhone we can have it automatically in our phones.
