They are constantly changing things which is usually good for games, but they change things so fast without any real instructions or guides that it’s totally confusing. Being a pay to win game, they’re forcing players to spend money to stay current with the updates or else fall behind until a decent event takes place to get materials. Recently they got rid of 30-day barriers which for a player like me really was nice to not have to focus on protecting my empire when I’m away at work now I have to find time to get in the game every 2 1/2 days to renew a barrier otherwise the pay to win players will take everything I worked for. Very disappointed in what they’re making this game

I reported bullying and personal threats for weeks. They don’t care. They only care about your money. This game costs 1000s a month to compete. 1000s!

If you value your money stay away of this app or the developer in general. Don’t grant you what you pay for and even if they decide to give it to you they’ll reset the app and all your money will invest will be gone to the trash. You can prove it back to back numbers of times and they still won’t care if you’re lucky they might give you some of the troops lost back but don’t expect your money that’s for sure. First start with a 5usd pack all the way to 99.99usd that at the end its still the same sense someone without any kind of research boost skill gems crystals oracle boost .....among other boost will eat your citadel like you didn’t do nothing And they’ll answer “it was a fair fight”

To be able to compete in this game it will cost hundreds if not thousands of dollars. Do not go into it thinking it is free to play.

Finally stopped playing. Only play if you are willing to spend a lot of cash. —-— Initially it is cool as you do upgrades. It gets to a point that becomes static unless you buy the $100 packs. If players in the realm are willing to pay it will become a one side war as you cannot compete because of the power levels Another problem is the packs promo coming up every single time you open the app. Update: Their customer service don’t care about the report issues. They will reply is a bottled message saying the same thing. Don’t expect for issues to be solved.

This game would can be fun, but the fact is their customer help/service members are the absolute worst. When glitches happen with purchase items, or hackings destroy your account. They simply say it your fault for the glitches. I would not recommend this game to anyone. Waste of money and time.
Do not open a new empire in accounts that are already open!

DO NOT USE THE OPTION TO OPEN ANOTHER EMPIRE FROM YOUR MAIN ACCOUNT!!! It will get stuck on that account and development is not stable to switch if you log out of your original account it will auto log into the new empire and will not switch back! I and several other members have sent emails to support with no issue resolved you’ll waste your money if this happens and your in the dark realm !!!
