Impossible if you dont have $$$$ to drop

I’m a competitive person. If you aren’t willing or able to drop serious $$$$ to compete then this game is not for you. I played for a month, had built quite a little empire, and was wiped out by a credit card warrior overnight. Its $5 for your first pack but after that they are $20 and $100 a piece for the same things really. Also its slow development. I started during the holidays and was able to power level and build but since the new year everyying has stagnated and its a real grind to grow. You cant protect yourself easily when offline so you really need to check in regularly. I had a great guild but if you cant get into one you are also limited. If that’s your thing then this is perfect. For me personally I’m just disappointed I gave them $5 and wasted so much time.

I swear I’ve played bad games but this one was horrible, my friend said to play it and that I would love it. I hated it, it’s horrible and just a bunch of waiting! If only 0 stars were an option

This game isn’t that great. Yes you can build your empire if u want to pay to do it and if u do it the free no cost way it takes a long time and patience to build it (but u get other players that attack your empire all the time so u can’t really build). Than they come out with new types of warriors that u pay for that normal players can’t defend from bc they didn’t buy it. Once u hit level 19 it gets even more harder and every level after that makes it more and more harder to build. Unfortunately it more a bully game that players don’t care what level u are. Realm chat or guild chat, parents should supervise their children bc the way they talk is bullying and other types of conversation that kids don’t need to read. And if u don’t want upset frustrated kids bc some other player from another guild took their hero and kept attacking them to nothing and forced to rebuild than don’t get this game. They would be crying and mad bc they put effort into their empire and other players would destroy all they worked for. It isn’t a fair or even equal game. Especially if other guilds target certain guilds bc one person did something stupid. This game will waste your time if u are just looking to build your empire or attack monsters (with other players attacking to get your hero and take your resources, have a problem with your guild that they will just farm u all the time bc they don’t like your guild bc of other members). Summary it down u will feel like your empire is always targeted as open season for a hunt. How hard u work to build, people will destroy all your efforts. They came out with new types of troops that u pay for that makes players so overpowered that playing the game doesn’t even out at all. They attack once with those troops and break down your empire. I personally don’t pay bc they want a hundred bucks for stuff. And they have 4.99 packs that isn’t gonna do much for my empire. Free game that promotes bullying and can’t achieve anything unless u start paying big bucks to build your empire.

Its a basic game. Adds every 5 seconds. Build, buy, upgrade... I really expect more from square. But oh well. I guess every brand falls after a while.

I wish packs were more affordable, because I’d buy more. If you don’t have money, you won’t get anywhere in the game. Those with high ranks have shelled out hundreds and are bullies because of it.

Greed by the developers has made this potentially great game unenjoyable once you reach a certain level. It becomes impossible to advance unless you spend thousands of dollars (one pack = $100) If you’re not going to spend thousands of dollars on this game, don’t spend any. You will get frustrated with being unable to advance, quit the game and will have wasted your money. If you have thousands of dollars to waste and want to role play as a bully God, this game is for you ?? It’s sad though because this game could have been amazing

The game is fun at first. You learn the basics, get tons of free stuff, and start building up your empire. As the game progresses you realize how messed up it is. In order to be a competent player you have to start purchasing in app deals. The annoying part is that once you purchase the $4.99 deal, it disappears. You’re next option is $19.99 deal and it only grows from there. Which in my opinion is just nonsense for a mobile game. So unfortunately if you don’t have extra cash to spend on this game then you won’t get far. Lame

I enjoy good games where patience and smart thinking can get you most of what others pay to get. There is satisfaction in building up your empire, but in this game the developers are constantly releasing new content that is only accessible if you pay for a pack. Now if the packs were reasonably priced it wouldn’t be a big deal, but packs escalate with each purchase until 2-3 packs later you are paying $100 usd. The content unlocks are ridiculously priced for what you get. And that goes for the consumable content purchases as well as the permanent unlocks. Now having said this, you can happily build up an empire without paying anything for somewhere between 10 and 20 levels. However, once you reach that point, there is little new for you to do, and you begin to be open to heavy attacks by players who have paid to open content that severely over powers their attacks on you. Unless you are willing to spend hundreds or thousands of dollars, you will become disenchanted with the available content.
