This is an annoying game when I play something else the ad is this one every time and I’m like urg what the hell and want to throw my phone out my window so bad and isles game no one should play this stupid game

Do not play this game unless you want to spend thousands..... and yes I said thousands of dollars to keep up. You will not be competitive unless you spend your hard earned money on this game. If you love spending your money this is the game, but if you want to play a game and try to keep up with others without spending money don’t play final fantasy a new empire. It was a great game when it came out but has went down hill very quickly in the last 6 months. Update after update and the only way to get them is to pay $100.00 every update. I’ve spent the better part of 2 years on this game and have lived in a bubble for the last 6-8 months because the big spenders will destroy you all the time. Not fun, and a big waste of time.

This app sales you items in high end packs (99.99) then doesn’t allow you to use them at all when you choose to use them and blocks you from doing so. It gives away free items to other players it deems it wants to give them to but once you go to try and get the items as well they block anyway you are able to. I have ss and reports from thousands of players via my social connections to prove it all be true, this game is a fraud a money mill and should be sued for all its taken from others, so yourself a favor if you are a current player file complaint under the federal trade commission for their sales of packs that they suddenly without warning stop allowing use of and their showing favoritism towards others giving them an advantage over others

Loading screen after loading screen lagging and frozen screens and after spending over 3400$ usd on this pay to play game reach the top just for them then release yet another pack for just wait 99.99 fix the constant crashing in the game

I’ve been playing this game for two years. It’s a great time killer. You grow your empire, complete research, but the best part of the game is the people in your guild. Once you grow it can take time to gather resources and upgrade to the next level. Many guilds have a family like quality. If you’re going to play be aware that you’re going to spend hundreds or even thousands of dollars to continue growing. Downfall is the developers. The don’t support the players when they run into issues. The game crashes to often, is slow to load, forces you to view the sales pack every time you log in. If you email them with a concern you typically get a canned reply which doesn’t address the issue or is helpful in anyway. Overall, it’s pay to play with no support but the relationships you build are priceless!

This game is an embarrassment to the entire Final Fantasy franchise. There is NO customer support, and the game is broken in several areas. The realm I was in was not progressing as it should. The events stagnated and there was no confirmation that it would be fixed after several complaints were lodged by hundreds of players. This is nothing but a shameful cash grab preying on people with weak constitutions and gambling addictions. Don’t bother with it.

This was once a great game. The first year was awesome, the second year was a joke, and 3 years into it I can’t even open the worthless app without lagging out. Not to mention there’s something new that requires you to spend $100 to unlock. Unless you have 1k a week to spend, (just to compete) that’s not even a good account, than don’t even bother. The devs don’t care at all about the players. If something isn’t working correctly, they couldn’t care less. At that point they already got your money. They’ll fix it eventually, but it’ll be a month or 2 later, and they’ll take away what you purchased in the pack that unlocked that feature. They got me with the “bait and switch” packs at least 3 times. In other words, don’t even bother downloading. ????

Game is fun until you start it and have to spend tons of money to even get past lvl 10 citadel Also. It takes forever to get on the game now. I have to turn it off and restart 15 to 16 times just to get on the stupid thing. What a waste of time and money Why not have better events so smaller players can grow instead of all the events catering to the large players

The game is fine. Do not purchase anything in this game it’s a waste of money. I have purchased the mercenary pit but when the dragon mercenaries are available to the whole realm, I am unable to train them. I have contacted support and I have gotten back 6 generic responses over and over with no help. I am looking into suing these people.
