The scamming and fraud of their marketing department has got to be criminal. There is no support. I spent 15k USD in this game and about 20% of the stuff I bought doesn’t work. They disable things to force you to purchase and there is zero support only scripted responses. I have all but quit now. They push 100$ packs every day something if you don’t buy it all your stuff will be taken and the packs you have to buy 5-10 of them for it to work. It is a scam and I am currently researching a way to report them to the government

If I could give this negative stars I would. This game has always had problems, but a lot of people made it fun despite it. They sell $99 packs with the same artwork & wording to fool people into buying the wrong ones. Items go missing or you don’t get the second bogo pack, they claim pricing was inaccurately lower so tough. They literally sell 2-5 new items daily at $99 a piece now. So your items are basically useless within hours. So many have quit that realms seem like bubbled ghost towns. Speeds & hit power are constantly lowered, despite previous packs bought or research done to make them better. They claim it’s done for balance. But they’ve been pushing us to start another empire in their new baby realm. Lately they’ve been having events that nobody can even do without buying a $99 pack or 2. Problems are ignored or you will get a rep who has no clue what’s going on. I’ve had reps tell me I’m mistaken about a complaint, despite sending them multiple screenshots & others that are still playing are complaining of the same thing. Do yourself a favor & run far away from this game.

Developers please change events. over a months with same 5 events over and over. Let’s me this game interesting again. Have some respect for those players that had expensed a lot of money.

Don’t waste your time or money on this game. Constant problem with events and prizes for events. Their practices are shady for in-game purchases; they will sell you vaguely worded obsolete bonuses that you won’t be able to use. They will also sell you bonuses that they will soon after nerf to get you to buy the next best thing. As of last year, they were at half a billion dollars in revenue yet they still can’t get the game to work properly. Don’t even waste your time with “support”, it’s either bad AI that can’t fix anything or a handful of people how also can’t do anything but reply with generic copy and past responses. There are plenty better programmed and working money sinks.

Do not waste your time with this game. It’s fun for awhile but then the game gets to the point where you cannot do anything without buying a pack. These packs are not cheap either. Every time you buy a pack, the next pack you buy is more expensive. Even if that same said pack was previously listed for a cheaper price. It goes $5, $20, $50, $75, and $99. Then every pack is $99. There are some BOGO, or special sale packs, but don’t count on them to be useful. You’ll get to a point in the game where in order to compete in any events, you have to buy a pack. You have to spend $100s of dollars a week to be able to do anything in the game. Then the stuff you bought it literally useless because they put out newer and better items that wipe you out. Along with that, the game itself is not worth that kind of money. There’s constant lag issues, missing events, prizes, points don’t get added correctly to the events, and you’re always missing the items that you need for the events, such as monsters. They won’t spawn but you have an event to kill them. Only thing that kept me and other people from the guild around are the friendships formed. Meet friends and find a better game. I recommend using Line or Discord to keep in touch with friends.

You essentially cannot compete in this game without paying! Then when you do pay they make special troops you can only get by paying more. All the players have lost interest in your greedy cash grab and have warned all players to quit now! This game will be dead within weeks at this rate! It is a trap! Stay away! SCAM! SCAM! SCAM! SCAM! SCAM! SCAM! SCAM! Oh and one more thing about the game. It's a SCAM! I love that there are people still playing this game. You must be really stupid!

I really enjoyed playing until one player who was at the highest level would twice a week come and destroy my kingdom and take my hero. He made the game impossible to play. No matter what you did it didn’t matter. I tried changing names, moving my kingdom and building up my forces($) and it just cost me money. The game needs a nuclear device you can use against such a player as a defense.

MZ/epic is only interested in your money, don’t give a crap about the players or the look/functionality of the game. Their CEO has been interviewed stating that they have an algorithm to open up your wallet and take all your money. If you make an in game purchase, chances are you will not get what you actually purchased and their support will not help you. THIS COMPANY PRACTICES FRAUD, STAY AWAY FROM ANY GAME BY MZ OR EPIC!!!
