I have 3 characters over 60 and would like to be able to use it with more than one. It is also limited on what you can do unless you pay $5/month and that is a lot. Plus, some of the things it says it can do simply don’t work. I wonder if the developer even tried the app before they threw it out there.

The app works perfectly fine. It’s a neat and fun way to check on items you have. It doesn’t have to do much. It’s more like a digital character sheet.

This is absolutely not a free service, at least give the users 10 actions daily so they could try it and get hooked. Marketing for this application is just bad.

This app won’t let you switch between characters which is useless for anyone who has multiple characters to play with friends on various servers. Just avoid this altogether as the functionality that it does have is too limited to be useful even with the premium features. Not worth the price, whether you use free OR premium.

It would be great if inventory content could load faster and items could stack when transferred. I often need to clean up my retainers in game after using the app to make sure same items stack properly.

It works, but...

...it’s extremely lackluster. You can chat, you can see your items, and you can sell or adjust the price on listed items, the latter of which an extremely limited number of times per day. It’s a companion app in name only. You can’t manage your retainers and you can’t manage your squadron, making it utterly useless for anything meaningful. It has potential to be good, but it needs an overhaul and Square needs to take notes from other MMO companion apps out there.

The app really doesn’t offer enough functionality to be worth another sub fee on top of the game sub and expansion costs and etc.

Been using the app since it came out but the one thing that appealed to me even before the app came out, would be the ability to send my retainers out on ventures from the app. Make it happen!
