Haven’t been able to use this app for months. I love the app personally, but it crashes on launch no matter what. Since iOS 13.6.

I love this app. Easy to use and can manage inventory and Marketplace transactions. Good way to keep track of progress on Jobs and skills. One thing I would love is a way to interact with the Player Character. Such as 360 degree view, backdrops, and emotes. It would be a really good way to take screenshots and save them as wallpapers for the phone or to share Glamour with friends!

Borderine useless unless you pay additional sub

This app allows you to chat with friends and guild mates but only if they also have the app. You aren't able to chat with anyone in game, since a lot of people don't have the app I've found. Even worse, however, is that by default you can only perform a couple of actions per day (if you save up your daily login currency), unless you pay ANOTHER subscription on top of the sub you're already having to pay for the game. No other game does this. The WoW Companion apps are infinitely better and free.

Only one really good thing about this app.

You can’t even use it if you pay for it. You get the space and retainer but the nuts you get 2 a day and that means you can do 2 things a day. For an app you paid for. What? Then you can pay even more to buy coins to do more. That’s stupid. Money hungry. I hope they change it.

I use it to check the market board. Too bad I can’t use it to actually manage what I’m selling because of the very scummy monetization model in what is supposed to be a companion app.

Improve Inventory Management

This app is good but I wish we had a better way to organize our inventory in the game. Maybe a “temporary space” where you could transfer all your items and later allocate accordingly based on more categories, for example: stone, fabric and wood in my retainer number 1, then bones, reagent and potions in retainer 2, etc.

Neat Idea But Useless

To start I would like to say that this app is a great idea because it’s cool to be able to chat with your FC and in-game friends or buy and sell items while you’re away, but there’s two things that completely defeat the purpose of this app. 1 You need to actually have your subscription running to even use this app. I got this app so I could stay in touch with my FC while I don’t currently have my subscription activated, so if I need to have my subscription running to use this then I might as well just log on to the game and talk with them there. 2 The synchronization is horrible. I renewed my subscription, downloaded this and saw that everything was synced up. Then I played the game for a while and started a FC and added someone to my friends list. After I refreshed the app several times and days later it’s still saying that I’m not currently in any FC and the friend I added is not appearing in my contacts (in the app, in the game it’s fine). I’ll give this two stars because I like the idea of this and if they let you use this while your subscription is inactive and it actually synced up properly then this app would be amazing, but right now there’s really no point. The better solution for staying in touch with your FC right now is just setting up a Discord server.
