Crashes every time

I literally can’t even open the app, it just crashes. I am on ios11 so maybe that’s why? But still, it should let me open the app at least
Was useful until it stopped working

I used to use it a lot to check my retainers’ items on the marketboards or purchase market items when I wasn’t at home, but app inexplicably booted my character one day, and refuses to let me log back in ever since. I’m just grateful I never got the paid version.

With the latest update, the app currently crashes immediately after launching. iOS 12.4.4
Useless app! It should be for free!

This app mainly reason is to milk your wallet. This app should be free not charge you $5 a month. BUT.. this is SQ we are talking about and above that there is theat stupid director Yoshi. Don’t pay anything for it.

The app has a lot of promise the only things I’d recommend changing are the way free and premium work. If I designed it the free version would be what the premium one currently is without the in game perks.(it already costs us 14.99 USD/month each minimum to use it) The premium would be the current perks plus I’d remove the transaction restrictions from premium and add retainer venture support. (I don’t really see how this can be abused if someone wants to day trade on the market board they already can) Blizzard had an app for wow at one point that worked great why they discontinued it I’ll never understand. I had hoped that this would be all that it once was and more. Currently it’s not and is pretty pointless due to its current limitations that the only justification for them I can find is money. I will update my review if things change

The app does a great service. No other mmorpg that I’m aware of, allows people to communicate in this form or mess with inventory and see their charecter through an app. I’m glad they keep it going.

How do you expect people that pays a monthly of 12.99 subscription pay another 5 to use an app? Yeah great idea going to complete waste GG.
This app NEVER works

This app is HORRIBLE!! It literally never launches, the last patch notes were a month ago and supposedly it was to fix the issue of the app crashing but now you can’t even open the app. On top of that, when the app was usable, the functionality was so limited and minute that it was hardly even worth having. They wanted you TO PAY for functionality on top of everything else we already pay for. Greedy and trashy.
