Never Pull Characters I Want!

I’ve been playing for a long while now, and usually save tickets and lapis for events where I want the characters. Then the events come, I pull 25-50 characters, and have NEVER received the ones I want. I just pulled 25-30 characters for this FFXV event, and only got 5 Iris’s. No Noctis, no Gladdy, and no Cor. Ridiculous. I won’t be spending money to buy more tickets or lapis if I can’t get one character I want in 25-30 pulls! Fix the odds. Make it only those characters in the specified pulls, or lose my patronage. ALSO, I rarely can accept reward chests because I ran out of room for NRG refills. PLEASE, for the love of God, allow us to discard NRG refills so I don’t have to sit and burn through NRG for hours so I can accept a dang chest full of tickets and lapis AND NRG refills. Ugh.

The game was 5 stars but all of a sudden these downloading times after you start the game is extremely long. Please have shorter downloading times. btw my internet is pretty fast.

Since the last update there have been so many bugs it’s not funny. Poor communication and responses from customer service combined with flaws from the last update brought my review from 4 to a 1. After a week of huge problems and bugs the only update we have is don’t buy resold or injected lapis (in app currency to buy summons refill energy add expansion storage). Way to worry about the bottom line and not your customers. Look up R/ffbraveexvius on reddit for the plethora of issues and complaints. You’ve turned one of your biggest supporters against you.

In its present state, I cannot recommend this game to anyone. Core game mechanics no longer work properly. Heck, even SORTING characters by name doesn't work.
Actually a good Gacha game

So first off I am a "Dolphin" I guess. I don't know how it works but I know I'm not a whale. I've been playing since launch. I was f2p for about a year and then I started purchasing here and there. It would be when I would need X amount of lapis just to get one more 10+1 or the value chests. The game has been very generous towards my pulls. My last pull was 3 5 stars in one 10+1 on the CG Sakura banner. I probably spent maybe around 300$, The entire time I have been playing. They are very generous with the rewards and daily login. If you keep up with youtubers who play on the Japanese side you can save it up and just go crazy on pulls. I personally pull for my favorite FF units. And I only collect from my favorite ones. I honestly could get through a lot of the content with just 4 star based characters. The game is really fun and since it's been out a while new players will have a ton of content for them to access! I highly recommend this game to any FF fan.

This game has the most cluttered and incomprehensible UX I have ever seen. I was so annoyed by it that I had to uninstall.

The game is actually fun WHEN IT WORKS. Play at your own risk. If Square Enix was smart they would break ties with this awful company. They are probably the worst on the market. It could even ruin the name of Final Fantasy and it’s decades long legacy. It is fun though.
