Miscalculations and missing data

TacetCroquet

Made a tiefling paladin. Only background available is Acolyte and doesn’t let you choose language proficiencies. Did not add Hellish Rebuke spell (also missing from Warlock list). Spell save DC and attack mod are calculated wrong. Proficiency bonus not added to weapon attacks. And those are only the problems I’ve found with 5 min of dicking around

The best DnD character app!

Q785931

I’ve tried several apps for DnD character management. This app is by far the best, both visually and mechanically. The only flaws are that you do have to download or manually enter most of the compendium data, which are pretty easily found and that there is no native way to track your number of spells you have left to prepare. Otherwise, hubs app is perfect.

Best Framework for Character Data

There are a lot of smart choices that went into this app, focusing on basics first and expanding out to include some of the minor nuances of classes. There are a few things which seem to be missing at first glance, but you can usually find them buried within features. The ability to add custom counters was one I was missing at first, but once discovered it’s been great for keeping track of item charges or abilities (i.e. bardic inspiration, rage, etc.) Definitely a better option than the (currently) unintuitive bloat of the official digital tools.

Excellent App

Brandon Van Scoy

excellent application, there are only a few things that I would change with this app but otherwise extremely solid and helpful

Not bad at all

Dungeon splorer

Great app if you find files to download. I had to really get used to everything when I first got it but now that I've played around with it for a few days i wont be at the table without it.

Best App for Player

I have almost 2 years playing D&D fully sheet-less thanks to Fight Club. It takes a bit to learn the ins and outs and how to input miscellaneous modifiers, but I can’t imagine even D&D Beyond is as customizable. There’s tons of options. Comes with core materials and most spells and items but inputting .xml files from community forums from all the published materials is a breeze. Xanathar’s, Volo’s and even published modules’ monsters, items, and spells can be found online. I would never go back. Very Minor bug: Containers under inventory tab are a great way to organize items but they don’t save the weight. I can tell what’s in my backpack, pouch, chest etc. and how much the items inside way, but the app on iOS won’t save the weight of the containers themselves. A pack should be 5 lbs but always reverts to 0.

Fight Club 5th Edition

Normally I would rate this app as 5 stars; however, I created a bard character recently and when I hit third level I went in to update my character I found that the only college available was the college of lore. I sent an email to the developer and have had no response. It has been a week now. I don’t even know if they got my note. I will revisit this rating when or if the problem is corrected.

Broken

Thanks for making it so I can’t even add homebrew compendiums therefore making it so I can’t play most of my characters. Really, thank you ??

Awesome platform

Amazing, the community has filled in what it doesn't solely provide.

Great app but ...

There a few things in this app that I haven’t yet figured out, like how to apply dex to a rapier and not str. Overall this is a great app for creating your character sheets and getting everything initially set up. The export sheets feature for printing is excellent.
