If you have options to delivery for other companies, like PostMates, DoorDash, UberEats, do it. I have worked for multiple runner companies and Favor has to be the worst one of them all. They have terrible pay incentives, poor delivery system, and poor communication with management and support team. Plus along making very low pay compared to other runner companies, it cost .99 cents to cash out early. Other places like ChowBus is only .50 cents and you make a lot less at Favor. I wouldn’t recommend working here unless this is your only option.

they do not pay the bonuses on time, it is a deception to the driver. I have doubts about the veracity of this application. be careful it's fraud

Where do I start? $2 minimum tips are ridiculous. No communication with restaurants if they are closed so negative rates on acceptance even if it is not your fault. No pay per mile, no bonuses for milestones like 100-1000 orders. Expecting us to be multi-tasking race car drivers ordering for another person and driving to the other ones. Among covid with supply shortages and lack of labor it makes this process a little bit harder, maybe add more fleet orders so we can just pick up. Also, on grocery orders add pictures.

Me & my wife Ginger have been Favor runners for about 3 years part time. It has its plus & minus just like any other job. We mainly do H-E-B delivery’s because we make the most money but I do hate it when you get a small grocery order & you have to drive 25 minutes to get to the customer & you get an $8.00 tip Favor should give you $10. for the distance & time. We make fair money each day. We have gotten some pretty good tips like yesterday my wife received a $50.00 tip! T both have gotten $20 & $30 tips. We both are retired & do this to stay active & make a little spending money. We make between $80 & $100 a day. We are happy. I do wish that when you are delivering to an Apartment Complex that the buildings are numbered, gate code are entered in the note’s.

La aplicación te paga 2 dlls independientemente que esté lejos la ubicación o sea una orden grandisima, los clientes te pueden dejar $2 de propina y eso es lo que ocurre normalmente. Gaste uno más en gasolina que lo que sacamos en viajes. Me quedo con Uber eats. Byeeee
