Getting dropped completion rate

I’ve been receiving text that I’ve been assigned orders but the orders are not coming across on the app and when some of them do, it’s too late to accept them and my completion rate is reduced because it is considered a decline. Not fair!!
Instant pay and app doesn’t work!!!!

Instant pay does not work with most cards so you cannot access your pay to pay for gas and continue working! The app if you try to find out why you cannot get paid sends you to the website that instructs you the information is on the app (it isn’t!) then locked you out of the app pay section completely by looping you to the website until you delete and re install the app…. If you have plenty of money to start off and pay for gas and extras then great if you do not then you are screwed! I called the bank even to ask why I couldn’t link it, the lady said she only knows because of the excess amount of calls she has gotten lately that the favor app will not do instant pay onto the bank debit card! Also the favor app clearly states that money cannot be deposited into a savings account, I waited for hours trying to find what account my money had deposited into only to log in and find my money in my savings account!!! Yes you get paid once a week but this is a train wreck!
Barely breaking even after gas.

I’m working 6-7 hours a day and I’m barely breaking even after gas. Favor doesn’t seem to care that gas is twice as much now and the customers certainly couldn’t care less. People are adjusting the suggested tips down to the lowest possible amount on just about every order now. It’s ridiculous pay for a lot of work. People don’t seem to understand that our tips are 90% of our pay and the suggested tip is should be the minimum amount they tip. Either that or they just don’t care and screw their delivery drivers over so they can stuff their fat ugly faces full of food at someone else’s expense.

RE: Longview/Tyler - NO promos North East Texas (Far North- Not Houston, Tx area) Longview/Tyler Needs help. Delivery is popular. I enjoy being a RUNNER but I am now seriously analyzing my costs vs. benefits. $2.10 is low ❇️Suggestions: please add a section that requires the customer to add name of APT, BUILDING # or BUSINESS - this is essential because RUNNERS must contact customer to obtain, this info as well as which entrance to enter complex or business park. — The customer can be directed to call ☎️ in exact order after it placed online. — So when RUNNER accepts order, meal is being prepared.

I got covid last year, and have never been the same. I’ve been unable to do the work I’ve done for decades, and have struggled finding something I am able to do. I’ve only gone on three runs, but I have cried many tears from feeling so thankful that being a Favor Runner is not only something that I can do, but something I can do well, and feel a sense of purpose again. Thank you!

I am Retired and I Work for Favor part-time. I Enjoy being a Driver for Favor mainly because I can set my own schedule.I am limited on how much I can earn because of my Social Security but It’s convenient that I can always Review and deposit my Earnings at my discretion. It Works well for me, and I Enjoy dealing with People.
Better pay

The pay is god awful and relies way too heavily on tips, they don’t cover gas or any wear and tear on the car and the incentive bonuses are usually what you would normally make there isn’t any bonus.
