Problems

JVH5

The app needs a lot to improve. Support is always busy and slow. It will “log you out” in the middle of picking up an order. Support took 15+ min to give me an unhelpful answer. Good idea, bad deployment. Not ready to compete with other apps.

Do not waste your time and Gas!

Hey, i want to write a LOT! Basically, you will only get paid $2.10 per delivery plus %100 of tips ( Big Lie)!! They tell you you will get a %20 of the order from favor plus tips. THAT IS NOT TRUE! They charged my friend $25 for a happy meal!!! They only give drivers $2.10 plus what ever amount they choose from the customer tips. Typically, allll you get per order is [ $2.10 ] plus $3.00 OR $5.00 as tips from customer!! It’s a lie! That 3 or 5 dollars is the amount that favor chooses to give you!!! Do not waste your time!!! You will get 7 to 9 dollars an hour ==>> Minus Gas, Minus Tax, Minus tear and wear on your vehicle THAT EQUALS to about $4.00/hour at the end!! I chose to do DoorDash that pays $13-15/hour so after all the expenses you can get what a regular job gives you. $9-$10/hour! Go try it yourself, and THANK ME LATER.

Don’t waste your time

Lorde's perfection

Horrible company to work for. They truly don’t care about the runner. Customer service is extremely slow and they’ve had me wait outside customer’s houses for 15 or even 20 minutes before. If you’re even able to schedule yourself for $9/hr that’s the most you’re gonna make. Factor in gas and milage and you’re losing more than you’re making. $2.10 per favor (no matter how far it is) is a an absolute joke

App needs improvement

If I could suggest one thing that would turn this into a 5 ⭐️ app…add a button to reassign a dash into the app itself. We do this work while driving. It isn’t safe to have to tap “HELP” and “TEXT RUNNER SUPPORT” for the text messaging app to open where we then need to type “REASSIGN” before we can cycle back to the RUNNER app to see the next thing. It’s simple. On the screen under “ACCEPT FAVOR” add a second button that says “REASSIGN FAVOR.” Your drivers will thank you for it.

Favor apps terrible for bikers

reassign favor

They literally have uninsured car drivers posing as bikers clogging up Austin traffic. Their drivers often run red light and make illegal parking causing well more traffic. Their app algorithm is set up to take advantage of bikers while redistributing downtown work to cars . For no reason but to cause traffic and drive 10 blocks . I really can’t stand the Walmart resemblance and their work force . They all look like they are from lufkin Texas.

Miss leading

Pay for your own gas, own maintenance as your useing your car. When your not on the schedule which hours are not greatly available. Making 6. Bucks a hour on average. NOT INCLUDING GAS. So 4 bucks. When on schedule they say THEY PAY A MIN OF 9. But if you get a tip they take your pay from that. So kind of upset that they say “ we don’t touch your tips”.. clearly they use them to make payroll.

Earn less than other apps

When using favor I earn less per delivery than when using postmates, door dash or grub hub. Their pay structure is low and to reach the guarantees means you have to drive 36 hours in a 3 day period....which would be illegal if monitored by DOT. For comparison postmates weekend guarantee is 600 but you only have to make 45 deliveries-not 70 for 750.... you also get paid per mile on other apps while here I made 4 bucks including tip with locations that were incredibly far apart. Favor should work on their delivery rate and mileage to compensate drivers fairly and stay competitive.
