This app won’t download correctly, and I was hooked up to google fiber internet so if you don’t have the fastest possible internet your screwed which then will take an absurd amount of time to download, also if you try using an hdmi to lighting cord, it glitches out, whenever you hook it up (worked for every other download and streaming site or app I get on) another thing is the whole system is not user friendly, you have to wait 72 hours for a response because their app is such a piece of ####, because more than half using it, are trying to contact customer support. DON’T DO WHAT I DID,STAY AWAY! I’ll be disputing the transaction with my bank. This is on a movie I actually purchased as in bought for full price too this was not a rental! Deadpool 2 nonetheless, I also downloaded it twice... so I’ll be taking my business elsewhere and find a different business to buy movie theater tickets as well.

If you rent or buy a movie. For the love of all that is holy, DOWNLOAD IT! If you decide to stream without downloading first, you do NOT have the option of deciding to download it at a later time. The streaming was awful no matter what I tried - cellular or WiFi. Get it together FandangoNow!

Wastes your time, takes your money, does not work

I was pulled in by a $2 off coupon. It took my money, and an hour of my life downloading apps and trying to troubleshoot and waiting for customer service to pick up. They never did. They guaranteed a response by email in 72 hours. Four days later I got a form letter saying they were too busy to read my email. I never got my $3.99 refund. It’s not a lot of money, but who wants this waste of their time and money? My complaint was their app did not work on a Samsung TV to stream my purchase. Your TV might be different, but no element of my experience gave me hope.

The app crashes constantly and will not let you rent movies. Constantly claims there's an error that can't be fixed. Don't waste your time downloading

Useless as a retailer

Last month they advertised a movie For $5 that I wanted to buy. Can’t buy I iOS (thanks Apple, grrr) so I followed the link to buy through Safari. This $5 movie now costs $13.99 from them (iTunes has it for $9.99). Called and kept getting run in circles, opened a ticket with them through their website and here we are several weeks later, probably 3 hours in phone calls, and still they are clueless, not taking action, and each response to their automated emails opens another IR. I have so much invested in trying to give them my money that I want to see if they can actually fix this. Have screenshots and other evidence, apparently they don’t have the ability to view their own website and put it on the customer to do all the research for them. If they are this bad just selling you something, they must be horrible once they actually have your money.

So I’ve spent over 200$ in bought movies and even more in rented!!!!!!! And I can’t stream anything from the app!!!!!!!!!!! You should be jailed for hiding assets!!!! You are literally not allowing me to use things I have paid for!!!!

Do not close the app in the middle of a movie

This app is so buggy that whenever i close the app to go do something it will not bring the movie back up at the same time. It will just start the movie at the beginning. It also happens if my phone screen turns off and i never even leave the app. They need to add some sort of bookmark feature so i can continue to enjoy using this app or else i might just have to switch to cable.
